The real estate market in Oak Park for a family home with 4 bedrooms that doesn’t need a massive amount of work is basically non existent right now, mid pandemic with so many families fleeing the city (just like mine.) Monica got me the best deal, under asking price for the exact house I wanted in the school district I wanted on a cul de sac right next to a park and a short walk through the park to school. She knew exactly what she was doing, talked to everyone in a timely manner, and got my family a home we are falling more and more in love with as we paint and decorate and unpack. She made this happen for my family and I couldn’t be more grateful. She also had a very detailed inspector for us while buying an older home and recommended any contractor we needed a quote from.
